Direct Air Capture Summit
March 7-8, 2012 / Rozsa Centre, University of Calgary
The Institute for Sustainable Energy, Environment and Economy (ISEEE) at the University of Calgary is convening a Direct Air Capture Summit (DACS) to bring together leading thinkers and innovators to discuss current technologies and future prospects for removing carbon dioxide (CO2) from the air.
This two-day event aims to connect academics in air capture-related fields, technology developers and innovators, representatives from industries that could benefit from air capture, clean energy project financiers, and government and regulatory decision makers.
Participants will have an opportunity to attend presentations by leading air capture development firms, academics, and industry stakeholders, as well as participate in interactive panel and discussion forums.
